Ok John, let's see if I got this right:

So far only land based licensees down under,
No e-based licensees yet. Correct?

Here is where I'm lost:
No back office = no control over revenue stream = no ongoing licensing fees based on revenue since we can't keep our thumb on it
Sounds to me more and more like a one time up front fee with no residuals.

BTW, nothing wrong with that scenario as long as the up front fee is large enough.

Oh well, so many questions and so little info

PS: If the e-version is ready to go, wouldn't it be nice if they added it to the Sungold web page?
