Re: kramc
JW, Thought your post on Raging would be insightful to others here. Hope you don't mind me copying it here. Thanks kramc
karmc,
I don't mind you re-posting the information, and I'm glad there are some who can begin to realize what is going on, and the substantial interest being taken in the technologies these companies have.
The interest and expressions I saw by some in attendance, could be likened to what a 70 year old Millionaire with 3 young women on his arm, when he first heard about Viagra..
I've saw many charts at the presentation, and saw what 50% cost savings can do for the bottom line of independent producer, whether he has 5 wells of many fields.
The PAMCO pump can cut the cost of producing a barrel of oil from a Stripper Well by 50%.
I also saw what a small increase in volume on a low volume well can have on profits, and the PAMCO pump can increase volume from 25% to 100%.
Many of the charts or statements on production which were presented, were backed up with short comments of Oil Producers attending the presentation.
The PAMCO pump is virtually maintenance free, a pump jack can have tons of maintenance problems and when it needs to be pulled and repaired, your not pumping oil.
Add Cybersensor into the equation and your savings increase even more.
Adding Cybersensor to pump jacks can be a life saver. One of the Cybersensor's benefits for a pump jack is it can determine when there is oil in a well to be pumped, and turn on the pump jack and pump, then turn it off when there is no oil to be pumped. Without Cybersensor the pump jack is pumping all the time or is turned off manually. Turning the pump jack off manually, can only be a guess-iment, and when the pump jack is pumping a dry hole there is wear and tear during each stroke. Plus the fact your not paying someone to monitor your field and control your Pump Jacks with Cybersensor.
The above can be done with or without using the Satellite to monitor and remotely control.
In addition when using Cybersenor on a pump jack, your turning it off when there is no oil to pump, and this saves money in electricity costs.
PAMCO has the right approach in bringing Cybersensor into the market. They have made strategic partnerships with the proper companies initially (ORBCOMM and Stellar). They have carefully chosen the companies they are working with on pilot projects such as Equitable, who will allow PAMCO to demonstrate the systems PAMCO sets up for Equitable, to other companies. If I remember correctly Equitable keeps superior tabs on the flow meters on their wells, and when they switch to the PAMCO System, they will be able to document the tremendous savings in using the PAMCO System.
In conclusion, and IMHO, the profits for Nevtah, PAMCO and Cybersensor, from uses of Cybersensor in other industry uses could dwarf the income derived from PAMCO's pump and Cybersensor in the Oil Industry.
This is a long term hold for me, and I do not expect to see a very short term profit in my Portfolio, though you can never tell what the market or market makers will do. JW@KSC
Personal note on JW@KSC I enjoy discovering and investing in Emerging Technologies which can have tremendous impact on people or industries. I also enjoy writing/explaining about the technologies and the underlying benefits which may go unnoticed by those who can not find the information, or do not comprehend the technologies enough to understand it's ramifications, I write in hopes that someone may find the information useful.
I try to use facts and not hype a company or a technology, though at times I might use an analogy which may look like hype, but in the end, are hopefully backed up by facts.
Disclaimer: Stock threads are an excellent resource, as 20 or 50 pair of eyes can find more information than 2. Posting questions and research both positive and negative are beneficial to all.
Just be aware of a persons reputation before relying on the information posted. One should always verify information found on a stock thread prior to investing a dime. Some people hype or bash stocks for personal gain or maybe sick and get enjoyment from just annoying others. JW@KSC
