I have no particular opinion regarding the company now and wasn't particularly interested in the issue until the longs started making false claims that the science behind the product had been proved by submission of data to the New England Journal of Medicine for publication. I don't understand the point of foolish comments like "false claims"....and "shill...". There has been a study and it was conclusive enough that nearly every major drugstore and grocery store in the country put orders in for the product. The NEJM has received those findings and will either publish or they won't. If & when JAMA or NEJM do publish an article, are you going to be man enough to apologize for accusing any number of us of "lying"? You seem to have taken up Wexler's banner that if you don't like the stock or company then all proponents of it are liars and paid hawkers...and somehow it is your job to make us feel bad and pour water on our expectations. Dale, you aren't that smart... You have been wrong before and will be again. When you don't know something why not just shut up and let the thing play out? If our dreams turn into nightmares then you can make some clever comment about how you warned us and that will be that. Why do you get satisfaction from derisive comments which only serve to anger people who have done significantly more due diligence than you have and have the courage of their convictions. I didn't come to this thread to tout this stock. I don't even want to be on it. I am simply unwilling to let Wexler or you or anybody make some blatant claim w/out contesting it. If you shut up about GUMM, or better yet, do some due diligence and discover a significant problem then perhaps there is room for constructive dialogue or none at all. Either of which would be fine with me. But childish accusations of shills and liars serve no useful purpose on a forum intended for exchange of information. As you noted, GUMM just signed a $10M contract with one of the premier add agencies in the country to market ZICAM. That is a significant amount of money for this small company. They have bet the farm. Kehoe wouldn't, heck he couldn't, do that if this product weren't going to be in nearly every drugstore and grocery chain in the country or if it didn't work. If it is your nature to keep baiting then fine we can keep this up until the cows come home. But, what is the point? What new thing will you add to the discussion?
