NUZA I'm digging. Anyone else looking for more info. on this company. I just got off the phone with Neil Rand from Corporate Imaging (602-504-9230). First of all I asked him about shares being issued recently. He stated that they recently issued 2 mil share to take care of debt and that they now have no debt. He told me that Mark Shultz was defaming the company and this was probably pushing the stock down a bit. He also stated that the company is slated to open a chain of restaurants in Indonesia next month. I called Neil Rand some time ago and asked for a prospectus. I never recieved one. When I called back today he told me to call my broker for one. So I call Schwab and they had not a thread of info. on the company. So I call Neil back, I also wanted to ask him about the previously mentioned lawsuites. He was abrupt with me and said he knew nothing about them. Before he abruptly hung up on me he did give me the Corporate phone number (619-259-6322). I intend to call the Corporate Headquarters to hopefully get a prospectus, or at least, some of their recent filings. I'm going to keep looking into this company. Any followers? Later, milli
