What scares me is that Tom has a majority of the voting rights. Note: the merger was with consent of the majority of the shareholder (i.e. Tom). Also kind of peculiar is that fact that the preferred shares are mostly all owned by Tom and his family (read Tom). I thought these shares would go to folks in the industry that would help the company - like bottlers, distributers, etc... In stead it went as incentives to Tom and his family. Now, instead of a bottler or distributer having voting rights or some kind of counter balance to Tom and his ways, Tom still has exclusive control of the company. Am I concerned....Damn right!!!! No influx from any partners. Also what about the stuff only being bottled by Lyons. I thought he had a deal with France. What happened to that. Also, read the part about no shelf space. This contradicts what Firo was reporting in Saudi Arabia. In short, aside from not being de-listed (I hope), we are still in the same shape as we were before. Come on Tom, get the ball rolling. Also note: Aquie Vie has no patents on its process. So, anyone can duplicate it. I thought this was a unique process. I for one would like to see less press releases and more actions from Tom. Give some of those preferred shares to someone who can help the company (marketing, distributers, bottlers). Well I'm repeating my self. Time to sign off.
