Dave or anyone: i haven't kept up with financial news lately so can someone enlighten me. IS USRX/COMS a definite deal or is their any factors that could keep them from merging? I already own shares in COMS, but i am very interested in buying USRX because of its 1.75 multiple with COMS. What concerns me is the possiblity of the deal not going through. Should i worry about this, or should i just watch the price of USRX to find a right time to jump on the bandwagon.
