A straight 2 for 1 swap for FRO deal. FRO is worth 42 dollars a share now, so GBLX would worth 21? So, the price of uncertainty is 24 - 21 = 3. However, so far we all know this deal will go through. Does that make FRO look cheap and attractive? Well, assuming it stops plunging, but you know... (sigh)
