Mt. Tom Minerals Corp MTKShares issued 5,883,9221999-08-31 close $0.46Wednesday Sep 1 1999Mr. Sheldon Kales reports The private placement reported in Stockwatch May 11, 1999, has been completed. The private placement consisted of 954,500 units at a price of 20 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for a one-year period at 35 cents per share. The underlying shares are subject to trading restrictions in accordance with the Securities Act until July 23, 2000, subject to the filing of an annual information form by the company in its discretion upon becoming a qualifying issuer.
