Perhaps it depends on the definition of physical intimacy? Changing the baby at table represents a real public health issue- so is not, imo, apt.

I think some of us probably find it difficult to equate feeding a baby with a breast to necking. One is not really a sexual function except when it is made erotic by society. It is a nurturing function. Necking, as I understand it, is not meant to feed the other person, or to nurture them. It is (I seem to recall) a prelude to sex. Which, I can tell you, nursing is NOT.
