Mark, check out RSLC chart, all indicators (I.E. MACD, OBV, Momentum) sending buy signals. Stochastics might be overbought. Rumor about wholly owned subsidiary Delta3 (in direct competition to NTOP) being spun off as an IPO. Need to close above 23.5 to take off.
