Yes, dear one. My comments meant to imply that the market reaction to stock buy back plans is usually NEGATIVE especially if the stock is in a steep down-trend. It is frequently considered in the same light as reverse stock splits.

I was expressing an opinion. It seems with GBLX that no sooner is one issue resolved another one pops up. If you don't agree, don't assume I am unaware of basic information.
