Yep, thanks for the articles. But after looking at the feature set, I think I'd be willing to splurge on the Matrox solution since it comes bundled with more professional material (Premiere RT and DV codecs). I didn't see anything in the ATI card about DV input. But I guess what do I expect for a $199 card... Was hoping for a really cheap version of the M-JPEG video editing cards instead of a idiot-proof turn key digital VCR.
