Hey GB, I don't post much but mainly lurk. The only time I post is when things don't seem right. I've been patient and will continue to be so. But, wasn't there an announcement about the preferred shares being sold to create cash to produce the outcome from all of the positive press releases (bottling agreements, distibutors, marketing, etc...). Doesn't it seem funny that none of these shares have been issued except to Tom and his family? Doesn't it seem funny that the shares issued have increased from roughly 11 mil. to 22 mil? What this says to me is that instead of using the preferred shares he is diluting the stock? Also, there was talk at one point of how with these preferred shares issued to "partners" that maybe just maybe we could get another voice of opinion as sort of a checks and balance for Tom. At this point there is none of that. Tom still runs the show. Like I said, I have been patient for a 1 1/2 years on this. But doesn't it seen funny that we are basically at the same point we were a year ago (i.e. can only order on the internet, PRs about bottling/distribution, etc...). There is no concrete evidence that any of this is happening. The 8Q states that they have only had a limited run only for samples. We could get samples 1 1/2 year ago - only on the internet. Do have any concrete facts that things are better than 1 1/2 years ago? I read the 8q and to me it seems not. The 8Q is the best thing that has happened to AVBC - at least to me it answers alot of questions that people have been bitching about. From the 8Q it seems to me that the bitchers are correct. I'm not bashing, but would like to know why other people are not alarmed by this 8Q. Are people just tired of the same old thing and have given up?
