i can't resist asking, karen, how many 'minor inconveniences' all occurring simultaneously would it take to screw in a lightbulb, i.e., help y2k doubters see the light? 3 minors=1 major? 6 minors=1 major? what constitutes a 'minor' and what a 'major?' how long is a little bit inconvenient and how long is major P.I.A.?
