Steve: 1. Andrew did hint that good things were coming down the pipe, and we should see more than one of these good things in the next 6 months. Nothing specific on the JV. 2. I didn't ask why he gave up his CFO position. I know he has some things of his own on the side that are taking up more of his time. He is still a director, so I'd say that nothing bad is at the root of his resignation as CFO. 3. I'm sure Andrew still follows the thread. In summary, as usual, it's wait and see. The absence of selling pressure is the only thing to get exited about at the moment. Well, that and the improved AR... a precursor to some IR, no doubt. Regards, JT
