A bottom fish just might be TVI (T) TVI Pacific. They have gold/copper in the Philipines; they were offered by CIBC Wood Gundy last year. Nesbitt also has a write-up on them. And now, I hear that base metals will be the play this year. As they have plenty of copper, it might be one to look at. Ninety-seven cents now, year low, I think. Do your DD.
