Yes. And quite enthusiastic, I might add. I think the company is very well positioned in a number of its markets right now. Aircraft seating and the ITS side impact protector for autos are the most obvious.

I am interested in their lightweight, I believe carbon fiber, material potential. I plan to call Investor Relations and get more info on this. To date, the info they send out on it mentions it use in sports equipment, but not potential large markets down the road. I would like to find out if it is anything similar to the product that Zoltec makes.

Shares Out. 8.831 Mil
Float 3.600 Mil

INSTITUTIONAL & INSIDER OWNERSHIP %OWNED
Institutions 16.3%
Insiders 59.2%

I like the small float and low institution ownership combine with the strong insider ownership. Lately they signed a deal with another major auto company for the ITS side impact protector. This is a hot concept and they have the patent. When the institutions want in they will run up the price very quickly due to the limited share float.

I expect that the sales from this will start rolling in next year; meanwhile the commerical aircraft seating should take off while the military aircraft seating provides a steady base of profits. Commercial aircraft seating needs to be retrofited to meet the new needs for built-in audio-video entertainment and communications gagets.

Overall, I think that SMU is well situated for a number of exciting growth areas in the near future; and meanwhile it has a few good cash cows to provide a steady foundation of income.

I am really glad you started this thread; it is just what we need to share info on developments, technologies, competition, and fundamentals.
