I just talked to my brother's best friend Tony, he is an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Shanghai office. Shanghai is the largest city in China - the future Hong Kong. He mentioned that there were a lot of c-cube ads on the local newspaper and "c-cube inside" logo on certain brands of VCDs. He said VCDs were "on fire", the most popular electronic product in China.
