Gator, Imo, we won't be in recovery stage until this event is buried. We need some for of charges or negotiated settlement at this point. Then I would be able to assess the future. With weak charges (which i expect but am not betting the house on...), this will look like a bargain basement sale. Anything stronger needs to be assessed. Brian
