Market Magnets 9.2.99 geocities.com notes Looking for a few days of flat/up movement. Will be working into a market short position. Seeing the weakness through late Sept/early Oct as inevitable. What would change my opinion now would be the C & H formations which are forming to break out on good volume. Otherwise I stay bearish for the coming 4-6 weeks. ht david
