Kemble, If I was IBM management and my PC division lost $1Billion last year....I would put my ego aside and toss it. After all a win/win is better than more embarrassing losses. DELL is just too efficient in this space...also too far ahead in the race to effectively compete .... I'd give it up and concentrate on my strengths, servicing, mainframes, new product development.
