So we get diluted to the tune of $12 mill US in new paper, and get a not fully proven magnesium technology, and rights in a tinhorn country which will require $500K minimum in additional expenditures (last time I looked Camphor didn't have that much on hand). BOTH look like they will suck capital, which CHV is not exactly dripping in. I'd much rather NOT have the dilution, and NOT have the neato mag technology
with Equatorial Guinea thrown in. But hey, that's just me.
