Dear Casey, I'm more than pleased to quote what the Hard Rock Analyst (David and Eric Coffin) bases their recommendation on:

RE: Riyadh mining concession in Ghana - "The general pattern at Riyadh is high grade gold lenses found along the controlling faults and a sharp drop in grade away from the faults....// Tournigan estimates that a 400 metre strike of the 5050 zone contains 250,000 oz to a depth of 100 metres. This indicates a potential for 1 million oz if the results persist to 400 metres (1300 ft) depth, a reasonable possibility with a deposit type which typically extends for 1,000 metres or more of depth........// We continue to belive that the testing at the Ridyah project is likely to produce 3+ million oz of gold. This by itself would justify a buy recommendation.

The 80% owned Diangounte project hosts gold in several broad stockworks zones......// This is an impressive start to a bulk tonnage zone......Although drilling is needed to verify the results to depth, current information indicates the potential for shallow, oxide type gold deposits is in the several million oz range, just the type of target the market favours. Assuming continued good results we are re-establishing our 3 - 6 month target of $12.00 for this stock." HRA

Casey, if you've read Maedel's report you know how impressed they are with International Tournigan's management team. "While the Friedland group's support is the kind of endorsement most junior mining companies can only dream of, prior to their entrance Tournigan already had some highly respected and savvy mining talent on board."

I did not reprint all of HRA's report as I do not have the dexterity
to type for that length of time, but, I am sure you get a feel for the "why" of their recommendation. I would like to add that I find David
and Eric Coffin's newsletter and exceptional and timely tool. They will continue getting repeat subscriptions from my tent.

Cordially, Aristotle.
