To all,

Today the government talked about how bad a job they were doing with the air traffic control system .

After being questioned their spokes woman could not point out any improvements in the last year, although she said it was getting better.

Why did she not say the Y-2K problems were fixed. Is that not a improvement?

Puzzling.
