<<Whatever argument you are trying to make here, it eludes me.>>

Robert, this does not surprise me one iota.

When I said last November that Lev's failure to acknowledge they were sending production samples to OEM's was a big red flag, the logic of that argument eluded you.

When I said last December I believed VLNC's SEC filings (saying they had not provided production samples to OEMs) over the knowledgeable sources on this thread, the logic of that argument eluded you.

When I said last February that FMK's projection of $3 billion of annual revenue seemed unrealistically high, the logic of that argument eluded you.

When I said last March that Castle Creek could be shorting the stock without reporting the transaction to the SEC, the logic of that argument eluded you.

When I said last Spring that VLNC's SEC filings said they had no product for sale, the logic of that argument eluded you.

When I said in late July that the fact that the price did not immediately decline below the conversion ceiling did not mean a death spiral could not begin, the logic of that argument eluded you.

Now I'm saying I think it likely that the current weakness is caused by shorting by somebody holding preferred shares with a floorless variable rate conversion option and the logic of that argument eludes you.

No surprise there, Robert.
