Sorry Thomas, I have to disagree. I think the best acquisition was Miami obtaining Tony Martin's services. Look for Cecil Collins to bust some long runs this year because the D-line won't be bringing 7...8....hell, sometimes 9 guys to stop the run! That is how much respect defenses gave Miami's receivers last year. But then again, it depends on if you look short or long term. Short term....Martin the better. Long term....Holmgren. BTW, if you read the Dolphins web site and check the daily updates you will see that Marino and Martin are hooking up quite nicely in practice. You also have to like the acquisition of Underwood. Practically no risk for the Dolphins. Upside is huge.
