Teknor Industrial Computer Inc. Changes its Name to SACO SmartVision Inc. MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Teknor Industrial Computers In. announces that it has changed its corporate name to SACO SmartVision Inc. The change of corporate name was approved by shareholders at an annual and special meeting held on july 19. The shares will commence trading under the new name and trading symbol (SSV) at the opening of business on September 2, 1999. Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates for new certificates as a result of the change. SACO SmartVision Inc. is a pioneer in the design of giant new-generation video screens. Due to the screens' technological advances, SACO SmartVision Inc. is a world leader in the entertainment industry. SACO SmartVision Inc., which has a sales and technical support office in New York, sells its products in North America and Europe. The common shares of SACO SmartVision Inc. are listed on the Montreal Exchange and The Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol SSV.
