Gary,

It is ironic that the OLBs that got NITE its start in the first place are sufficiently hard pressed that they (with their high p.e.s) are selling shares of NITE (with its low p.e.) to fund their continued development.

While the stock sales depress NITE's stock in the short term, they do have the palliative effect of shoring up the very businesses (e.g., through advertising expenditures) that will generate still more order flow for NITE, increasing its revenues still more and making NITE itself even more valuable in the future.

Strange world we live in.
