In principle, I agree with you 100%. There needs to be news, good news, plastered all over the place. We don't need talkshow PR. For us to make the big jump, the PR we need is articles in WSJ and IBD. We need thestreet.com writing about this hot new tech stock. I don't see that Norris should be trying to generate demand. It already exists. He needs to be convincing SONY that they need to invest or they will miss out. We could use a big influx of cash.

Now, I don't want to get off on a rant here, but...

We should have the big electronics companies beating our door down trying to buy us before the next one does. Big and/or high end speaker companies are going to hate us and try to discredit the technology. Art Bell helps no one's credibility. The electronics companies can use this technology to sell their own equipment as furniture and art (i.e. B&O). Lets see some contracts. Lets see some offers to buy the farm right out from under our feet...

I don't know much about marketing, but I think the time is past for articles about ATCO in Discover magazine. I read the article in USA today last week about the young head of an internet fund and he made a quote about one company he researched. He scoffed because all the CEO of some small start-up talked about was how great his technology was, but he didn't know squat about marketing, sales, his customers etc.

Our customer should be SONY (whoever, pick your favorite giant). They don't read Discover or OMNI or listen to Art Bell. They aren't impressed by buzz. I'll be happy when SONY gives us a check for $500MILLION in licensing fees. I think it is time for the focus to switch to the big guys, and Norris better start acting like he knows how. Otherwise, I feel pretty certain that I could sell my ATCO and do pretty well just buying a few hundred more shares of CSCO

Anyway, thats just my opinion. I could be wrong...

Later,
Chris

the more demand the more money the company gets to develop the product to satisfy the needs caused by the demand

How many people do you think asked Phillips or Aiwa et al
when they could get their hands on a "hypersonic sound gizmo"?
How many people do you think have contacted even ATCO???
I bet only a handful.

The PR IMHO STINKS. This would be a way to reach millions for free....

But what do I know? I only know about that stupid Guns Vs. Butter model my economic profeesor taught me about in college .LOL! ;-)

Cheers,
