I am very happy that Scott and the others bought a software company. FINALLY!!

They've been buying software companies for a long while now Mephisto. I think maybe what's happening now is that Sun is finally BECOMING a software company (partly by redefining 'software').

We haven't seen the latest version of Star Office. We do not know what Sun has posted for Star Office. But an average user might find it easier to purchase a CD and manual.

I imagine many people will ask you about this JCJ.

Hey, all I know is what I've picked up from the Sun website and subsequently posted here. Yes, it appears that the best route to take is to go for the CD (ordered from sun.com).

Manual? Manual?! MANUAL??!!! Wh- Aren't there WIZARDS?!

:)
