Bramson said in his 12/23/96 letter to the stockholders that he expected to report on further KM developments by the time of the Annual Report. I believe that the report will be in our hands by 4/9/97. Remember that no one has a greater stake in this company than Bramson and we should all rest assured that he will get the most possible out of all the negotiations, which are still going on as per the 10K.
