KM, re:Truth Serum... Hi KM, Thanx for the article. But who cares about the truth. We want facts that lead to valid conclusions. And Mr. Ahuja does not provide that. Unfortunately, Mr. Ahuja errs using the all common logical error of fallacy- arguing from false premises. The premise- all takeovers that are preceded by a runup in price are only taken out for a small premium. I remember Fore had a nice runup before taken out for a really juicy premium. Next time Mr. Ahuja wants to give us some truth serum, I hope he gets it straight and relays a message from the Dali Lama or Jesus Christ or Martin Luther King or Moses. Just my opinion. Jon :)
