I sold my thclv shares two weeks ago. I just can't get the proceeds from the sale until the new shares are issued. I use e-trade. They were a little confused at first but finally figured out how to handle the situation.

With the "V" designation after the symbol you have the right to sell your shares at any time but the settlement date will be when the shares are issued, hopefully next week.
