HACKENSACK, N.J. - August 31, 1999 - GoAmerica Communications Corp., the nation's leading wireless Internet service and content provider, today announced an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO), a leading global Internet media company, to display GoAmerica's wireless connectivity packages on Yahoo! Mobile (mobile.yahoo.com), a new Yahoo! service enabling users to manage their wireless and mobile communication needs from one convenient location.
As a charter sponsor of Yahoo! Mobile, GoAmerica Communications will enable individuals to view news and other information services through the GoAmerica Go.Webâ„¢ browser. Yahoo! Mobile users can, additionally, purchase their handheld hardware and the wireless service from GoAmerica (www.goamerica.net or 888/462- 4600).
