Mr. Dennis: I believe your PR guy Greg has done much to leave the greasey appearance of a typical non-reporting BB with the requisite abuse flags. It will be difficult for your company to overcome that appearance on these boards short of his reassignment or departure. JMO.

The gambling thing is also something that seems out of place and unnecessary for your company. Some people consider it an evil. Not that they agree or disagree with gambling as much as electronic gambling has already proved to have an inherent potential for abuse. That IMHO will keep people away.

I would also suggest that in the interim of your filing you pledge to the stockholders and readers that you will never enter into financing of and type convertibles that can be converted at rate far below the average 5 day stock price at the time of financing. Anyway you want to look at it or call it, there must be no "floorless" type financing or any financing (call it what you like) that would allow the potential for massive unchecked shorting.

How is it that the new division that Bill Urick heads is profitable already?

Thanks

TG
