Great earnings? Where? Did you read the Q? Sales through the six months to June were $2.2 MM. Let's annualize that to $5MM. From this there's $150k of operating profit. let's annualize that to $300k. Let's totally ignore the fact that their operating cashflow has turned negative, and significantly so. Let's assume there's a good excuse for that. So: with 3.45MM shares out (not including additional shares from the conversion of their preferred stock and associated warrants, an issue worth your consideration) do you pay, at yesterday's close, $25MM (5 times sales) for such a business? Not in any world of value I'm familiar with.
