From the trading action of the past two weeks I don't see that happening. Most of the volume occurred from the 40's to the 60's. The volume in those two weeks was maybe a million shares. If they were exercising options in that range it wouldn't put much cash in their pockets to do the PP. After it hit the mid-60's there hasn't been as much volume but the price continues to move up.

My guess is that the negotiations mentioned in the news release are moving along fairly well and nobody is selling because they are speculating that a deal will be struck which will put DRS into production. Just my humble opinion.
