Geez Ron this is a very complicated company. I took a quick look and there seem to be some concerns about the relation between carematrix and Chancellor, which I guess owns the real estate and facilities, so some say you really need to look at both and determine whether what the correct economic rent is that carematrix should pay to keep chancellor alive. If you have researched all of this in detail let me have it and I'll tell you what I think. Other issues are to what extent is there medicare. medicaid reimbursment and how are those number gonna change in the future.
