Lets look over the past 12 months of TSIS's progress.

Fiscal Yr 98 rev 1,102,241 earnings -643,478
Fiscal Yr 99 rev 3,000,000 earnings +400,000

Those are my estimates based on conversations with the company. That gives us earnings of roughly 1.25 cents for the year. Most growth companies stock value is based on a PE of 30. Present value based on this yrs earnings makes TSIS worth 37.5 cents.

However, the last qtr TSIS earned 1 penny per share for the qtr. If this continues, TSIS should move substantially upwards. That would give TSIS a value of 1.20 per share now. (based on forward looking earnings) Add to that 100 percent growth over the next 12 months, we have a winner.

We have grown almost 200 percent in 12 months and the stock has gone from 50 cents last year to 35 cents presently.

I think that when the earnings come out, we will start to move up. However, if not, I will contine to buy more when I can.
