Lee With all due respect you do not know what your talking about, I do not have a short position in Gifs. It is true I did just sign onto Silicon investor and my offer is a good one, collect .25 cents per share in cash up front keep your certificate in your name at a major wall street firm for nine months, I have had responses to this offer and will accept the first 60,000 shares offered. Believe me if there was all of this short covering going on as you want people to believe the stock wouldn't be trading at $1.56 today down significantly, I like Gifs and believe in its long term potential. This transaction for anyone who is interested will be handled by a multi-billion dollar asset brokerage company. There is no story here just a straight up offer.
