Clinton Threatens New 'War on Drugs'

WASHINGTON, DC - President Clinton today announced that he will launch a new "War on Drugs" if South American Drug Lords don't change their business practices. Said Clinton, "It has come to my attention that the Drug Lords discriminate against women and homosexuals."

The President was responding to a new FBI report that exposes the discriminatory practices of Drug Lords. The report shows that despite the fact that women make of nearly half of all drug users, there are no women Drug Lords. The report further reveals that homosexuals are not only discriminated against by the present crop of Drug Lords, but that gays often fall victim to Drug Lord initiated 'Hate Crimes'.

Said Clinton, "If the Drug Lords want to continue doing business in America then they are going to have to end their discrimination and take positive steps to insure that women and gays have equal opportunities to attain upper-management positions within their cartels."
