BUYING ADTX Possible takeover going on SEC filing shows $1 mill in cash and new co was hired to do the deal, new guys put $100k to the pres to get shares at .185 so the prices is close to the cross price. Looks Real nice ... Trying to find out what the new co does... Easy money anyway it goes...
