Tench,

I'm not sure how to break this to you, but I have numerous reports of the 800Mhz Kryotech systems not being the fastest overclocks in the land. Many of these come from the pacific where the supply of Athlons is plentiful by comparison.

then I guess you don't need Kryotech to own an 800 MHz Athlon system, eh?

Tench, I'm a little disappointed with you to be honest. The 800mhz kryo athlon is overkill. Those parts could easily run much faster. In fact that system is all about smart marketing. You could probably turn off the kryo-cooler on those systems, hook up a normal heatsink & fan combo and have it run at 800Mhz just fine. It's just a case of marketing and hosing the consumer.. Look for Kryo 1Gig boxes really soon.

Regards,

Steve
