Tom, another assumption Alyce made is 6 cards sold per kid. My first reaction is that is an optimistic number. But if you remember, my elementary school principal said his 900 kids from a lower SES background sold $50,000 worth of "junk." This is $55 of sales per kid. Six cards per kid is certainly doable, but I wouldn't characterize this number as conservative. I also believe you will see a higher sales per kid in the smaller organizations. Regards, Suzanne
