OEI had some nice institutional buying support - 8/16 ths swing early mid morning... this is a bigger cap undervalued play. I really like this one as soon as the RRC - ''Short Sweat-Out'' is over... GaryB - what do the waves say on OEI here ? $9 7/8ths looks like a nice spot to catch a limit buy ? - I can not see this one seeing the $8's again ???
