Phone ruggedness, is fine by: TradeMachine (99/M/Hells Kitchen) 11418 of 11421 When I first saw the phone a 6 months ago it was a little flimsy where the antennal went in. They have since made it much sturdier and added a little rubber for grip. The antenna itself seems to be very stable, it retracts as you swing it out. Very safe when closed.
