you like most of us, can't quite interpret the logic that is being used by the company. I have stated my concerns, my wishes, and my interpretation of the company's actions or lack thereof. The 20 million shares that are authorized but yet to be issued are in my opinion the primary reason the stock is being suppressed. Recently we've learned that the company does not provide officer and director insurance and anyway I have been led to believe that the company doesn't provide director insurance, I for one can not understand how anyone would assume the responsibilities of being on the board of A publicly held corporation with out having adequate directors liability insurance. I recently turned down a request to be placed on a Board of Directors for a 501(3)c corporation for that very reason. The company has sense acquired director liability insurance and again asked me to take a seat, I refuse because that alone made me come to the understanding that the accompanies management and current board were quite unsophisticated. which is exactly why I advocated a senior banker/finance executive be placed on TSIS's board, in my opinion anyone with this type of background would recognize this type of mistake before they happen and take the appropriate action.. It's my opinion that even with an attorney as Chief Executive Officer this company is very unsophisticated, or their business plan and or their intentions does not take into consideration the best interests of the stockholders. I said this before if the company's intentions are to issue substantial options to its management and employees with out the safeguard of either being a lettered stock or having a executable date say three years from option date or by having a strike price than the writing would be on the wall and in my opinion this company is not nor does it attend to serve its stockholders. Because of all the projections as to the last quarters earnings if the company does not live up to those earnings this will become a 20 something cent stock overnight, if the company lives up to its and others projected earnings with substantial growth in revenue I emphasize substantial growth in revenue the stock has every reason to reach its recent high of something over one dollar. I do not know if anyone has written any of the two outside boards of director, if not I would suggest that someone taken upon themselves to do so. I have over the years received many inquiries from stockholders, the media, and others. I am not going to cause a squabble here by suggesting the content and of said letter only that someone with a great deal of inside business experience, and forgive me I don't meen middle management experience, should be in my opinion the author. After saying more than you wish to read and more then I intended to type, I will take your leave by suggesting that I believe that with minor changes in the managements thinking this could turn out to be a very good investment. But from sitting where I set it is very hard to get a correct reading on management's intentions.as to last year's trading losses if you go back to my post doing that time I asked some very germane questions after thoroughly investigating their financial statements, it was obvious to me that some of the fish started to smell, and if you recall a number of the resident philosopher came down on me very hard, but of course that is understandable we all have some dreamer in us, and to be fair the regular's on this thread were very much enchanted with the company line. In closing other than revenue and earnings the audited statements will tell the tale. Slightly overcast and 92 in South Florida. |
