If you will remember the some of the first filings on TOUP there was a large number of shares sold pre-IPO for 60 cents a share....I will bet these guys that still held are selling now....also the ones who traded for something are getting out (just a guess)...I am out of money for dollar cost average down....so ...nothing to do but wait and see.
