We have received a few inquiries as to what the most recent press release meant; the English was a little dodgy, as you probably saw. Therefore, to prevent any confusion, here is a brief translation:

1.) Merukh & PI's lawyers did NOT show up to the Aug 31st hearing with a case. Their excuse was that the materials they needed were in Vancouver and London. What these materials are, we cannot speculate.

2.) The presiding Indonesian Judge decided to defer this hearing until Sept.30th, whereupon Merukh &PI must present a defense.

This is contrary to something we were led to believe. We had understood that, should Merukh and PI show up to the Aug 31st hearing with no case, we should receive default judgement. However, as stated in section 2, the Judge opted to give Merukh & PI another opportunity to present any case they have.
