Freeus; That's true enough..the thing with history is all the ones
that died didn't get to tell their story, just the survivors and
the news never focused on the hardest hit.

Had F.D.R. not taken the drastic steps he did, this country
would have imploded, I have some old journals that show there
was real concern among some people in high places that we were about to have a huge uprising and all the madness that goes with it.

F.D.R. is still condemned by the radical right
but back before F.D.R they were packing their bags to run like rats
leaving a sinking ship.
Dead bodies were picked up early in the morning every day off the streets of N.Y. and no one kept a count, to put in the history books.

Even as bad as some tell you it was, it was worse as what
history says is more often in the hands of the victors.
The dead don't tell their story, and no one wanted to count
them. I'm amazed the rich didn't get pulled out in the streets
and butchered. Had F.D.R not settled things down and gave the
poor some hope I think it would have happened here just like it
did in France before Napoleon. The radical right can go on all they
want about F.D.R. and they likely will , but there is a good
chance they owe him their very lives.
